Google Pixel 7 Pro have been revealed and they look incredible

The google pixel 7 has finally been revealed and i’ll be sharing the details right after this! today we’ve got the full reveal of the google pixel 7 and the pixel 7 pro including confirmation of their specs before we get started though like the video if you’re a fan of google let me know in the comments who has a pixel 6 and who’s going to be getting the pixel 7.

if you haven’t already then hit subscribe now so you don’t miss a thing in the future so the first story of the day before we reveal the pixel 7 and the pixel 7 pro is actually about the budget friendly offering the pixel 6a now it was recently spotted in an unnamed usa carrier’s inventory system and this was along with the new pixel watch which means launch is pretty much imminent the pixel 6a it was spotted under the code name bluejay and although we don’t have a date yet we know it is coming very soon and it’s coming in a choice of black white and green color options now it will of course be a budget friendly version of the six.

so there’s going to be a few downgrades from the original and it’s going to come with 128 gig storage now onto the pixel 7 and the pixel 7 pro so first up we’ve got rumors that the pixel 7 pro could be coming with an in-display selfie camera on the front a patent has already been filed by google in august and they also hired an ex samsung display engineer and he previously worked with samsung on transparent displays now while i see how this leads people to think that the pixel 7 will get an in-display selfie camera.

but it’s just not gonna happen in display technology is still in its infancy it doesn’t perform well and it delivers poor quality photo and video well google may be working on it i can’t see it being included in the pixel 7 or the pixel 7 pro we’ve also got confirmation of this thanks to on leaks who’s provided full 360 renders of the pixel 7 and the pixel 7 pro now the render is based on leaked cad when it comes to on leaks he’s proved time and time again just how accurate he is with his predecessor he gave us the full design in may 2021.

then the final release five months later in october looked pretty much identical now first up we of course have the google pixel 7 and you can see straight away that it looks similar to its predecessor but there are still some improvements the overall dimensions are slightly smaller than its predecessor and this means not only are we going to get a slightly smaller screen but probably a small reduction in the battery capacity as well now the display is going to be somewhere between 6.2″ and 6.4 ” whereas the predecessor has a 6.4″ display it’s a flat display on the front with a punch hole selfie camera in the top center.

and it’s expected to be another 8 megapixel camera while the display is smaller than before though we do expect some improvements in the display itself now on the rear of the pixel 7 again it looks very similar to the predecessor but the main change is that the camera module curves all the way around the back and it then meets with the display now we’ve also got a slightly different camera layout and you can see the pill-shaped indent that’s joining the two cameras together it’s another dual camera setup with a wide and an ultra wide camera and although these camera specs haven’t been leaked.

yet if we look at the previous releases i wouldn’t be surprised if they use the same 50 megapixel and 12 megapixel cameras it’s reportedly coming with a choice of 128 256 or 512 storage and it’s going to be powered up by google’s new tensor chip which we’ll just call the tensor 2 for now now of course it’s 5g compatible and it comes with dual sim support so that’s going to be one physical sim tray as well as an e-sim so basically it’s going to be the same design it’s going to be slightly smaller but it’s going to have a better display and better hardware inside next up we’ve got the pixel 7 pro now again it’s looking very similar to the predecessor but the size is slightly different it’s nearly one millimeter shorter than its predecessor.

but also one millimeter wider as well it’s 0.2 millimeters thinner than before and the display is going to be 6.7 to 6.8 inches meaning the same size or slightly larger than the 6 pro we’ve got another punch hole camera in the top center of the display we’ll be getting an improved ltpo 120hz ammo led display and this is going to be similar to what we see in something like the s22 ultra now as you can see from the render it’s also a curved display and this looks pretty much the same as the predecessor on the rear there are some similarities to the predecessor.

but also some obvious differences we’ve still got a triple camera setup with a similar placement to before but again the wide and the ultra wide are joined with this pill shape and then we’ve got the telephoto separately now we’ve also got the camera module continuing over and it then merges with the frame to meet the edge of the display now no camera details have been leaked yet but it will of course be a wide an ultra wide and a telephoto camera and i wouldn’t be surprised if google kept the same camera system as before considering we’ve had the same camera system over multiple pixels in the past now.

it’s going to be coming with 128 256 or 512 gig storage and it will of course be powered up by google’s new tensor chipset which is likely going to be called the tensor 2 battery capacity should remain similar so we’re expecting it to be around 5000 mAh and hopefully we do get some improvements in the fast charging speeds now with the success of the google pixel 6 it was unlikely that google will completely change the design for the seven and instead they’re going to be focusing on refinements to improve the phone even further.

i’m hoping that we also get some improvement to the in-display fingerprint scanner as well while it works on the predecessor the area is just a little small and sometimes it just doesn’t register for me now the pixel 7 series will of course be launching in september or october this year and it’s great that we’ve already got the full design leaked now for those of you excited we’re now going to run through the full specs design and the expected pricing of the pixel 7 and the pixel 7 pro to help you guys decide if it is going to be worth the wait so first up we’ve got the google pixel 7.

it’s expected to come with a 6.3 inch amoled display it’s going to be a full hd plus resolution of 1080 by 2400 and it’s going to have a 90 Hz refresh rate it will be a flat display with hdr 10 plus and protected by gorilla glass victors plus on the front we get a punch or camera in the top center of the display this is going to be an 8 megapixel wide angle camera on the rear it’s a dual camera setup and while the exact cameras are still unknown it’s likely going to be a 50 megapixel wide angle and a 12 megapixel ultrawide camera.

it’s all going to be powered by google’s new in-house chipset the google tensor 2 and it’s likely going to come with 8 gigabytes of ram and a choice of 128 256 or 512 storage when it comes to battery capacity we’re expecting a slight reduction due to the change in the size so we’re predicting a 4 600 milliamp hour battery but hopefully we will see some improvements in fast charging it’s going to be coming with wi-fi 6e bluetooth 5 and ultra wideband support and the phone is of course going to ship with the new android 13. now no pricing information has been leaked.

yet but it’s expected that it won’t be changing meaning that the pixel 7 is going to start from around 600 next up we’ve got the pixel 7 pro with the pixel 7 pro we get a 6.7 inch curved amoled display it’s a 120 Hz display with hdr 10 plus and a quad hd plus resolution of 1440×3120 the front display is going to be protected by gorilla glass victors plus on the front we’re also expecting a 12 megapixel wide angle camera in the form of a punch hole camera in the top center of the display and then on the rear we’ve got another triple camera setup the rear cameras are in a slightly different module to last here.

but we expect a 50 megapixel wide angle a 12 megapixel ultra wide and a 48 megapixel telephoto its predecessor came with four times optical zoom we’re hoping to see this improved to either five times or ten times zoom it’s of course going to be powered by google’s new tensor 2 chipset and it’s going to come with a choice of 128 256 or 512 storage and this will be with 12 gigs of ram it’s coming with a 5 000 mAh battery and again we hope to see improvements on fast charging but it will at least be 30 watts it’s coming with bluetooth 5 wi-fi 6e in ultra wideband support and it will of course be shipping with android 13.

launch price again is expected to remain the same as before meaning the pixel 7 pro should be starting from around 900 now overall the pixel 7 and the pixel 7 pro are looking like incredible smartphones they’re keeping a similar design that proved very popular last year and they’re focusing on refinements rather than radical changes of course the phone’s going to be launching in september or october this year so as we approach the launch more and more specs are going to be confirmed and i’ll share them as they are but that’s it for today’s video and as always i’d like to know your thoughts in the comments so who out there is excited for the pixel 7 will you be getting the pixel 7 or the pixel 7 pro.
